By accessing or using the Okidoki application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Okidoki is a SaaS application designed to help parents monitor their children's stress levels and emotional well-being. The Service includes features such as stress tracking, analytics, and notifications.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Service allows you to post, store, and share content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your User Content in connection with providing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service:
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Okidoki and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Okidoki.
Some parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. Payment will be charged to your selected payment method on confirmation of your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Okidoki, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
